I know I'm late to the party h...Great article! I know I'm late to the party here, but I wanted to let you know that there is still plenty of snow up in the White Mtns for snowshoeing. I was on the Avalon Trail near the AMC headquarters on Monday. That area got about 4" of new snow on Sunday night. There is still a lot of old, frozen snow underneath.
